    Ocean Beach is a short ferry ride from Bay Shore, Long Island. It's located only 45 miles from Manhattan, yet miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Nestled between the Great South Bay and the Atlantic Ocean you will find our beautiful pristine beach, amazing sunsets, fishing, surfing, boating, and beautiful views.     Our Main Street offers wonderful Restaurants & Eateries, Fabulous nightlife, Retail specialty shops, stores & markets, hotels, inns, B&B’s, docks & marinas. Our Streets & Walks are lined with simple seaside cottages to architecturally beautiful homes many of which are offered as vacation rentals with our local realtors.
